How to Rent

1) Visit

Visit CONOMi Harajuku store. You can rent without reservation and without belongings.

2) Choose a plan and seifuku

Choose your favorite plan and uniform from a wide variety of uniform items.

3) Change clothes

Change clothes in the fitting room.

4) Payment

Please fill in the application form and show your ID (passport, student ID card, driver's license, etc.), and pay for rental fee and a deposit of 1,000 Yen per person in cash for your rent. A staff will return deposit when you return your costume. If your outfit is seriously damaged or stained, you will have to pay additional laundry or repair costs.

5) Going out

Enjoy taking a walk abound Tokyo in a school uniform!

6) Return

Return the uniform by 6:00 p.m.
Please note that a late fee will be charged if you arrive later than 6:00 p.m.

USAGE RULE

Return time

Come back to our shop by 6:00 p.m.

Overdue fee

If you cannot return it on the return day, please return it by 6:00 p.m. the next day. One day’s rental fee will be charged for each day overdue.

Storage of personal belongings

We cannot stow food and valuables other than personal clothes and luggage. We are not responsible for any damage or theft of your personal property. Please take care of your valuables.

Dirt or damage to rental products

There is no additional charge for stains that can be removed with normal washing and cleaning, or damage that can be repaired. However, an irreparable stain or damage will cost you 50% of the selling price of the product, so please be careful when using it.

Causes where penalty charges occur

Smell…Smells such as perfume or cigarettes
Dirt…Dirt from pens and cosmetics
Stain…Stains caused by food or drink
Damage…Damage to buttons, zippers, etc.
Scratch…Scratches and tears
*The above is just a guideline, and a penalty fee may be charged for damage not listed above.
*Based on the dirt and damage level, the next rental customer must pay special compensation.

【A】Not necessary. You can rent on the day of your visit without reservation. We will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis.

【Q】What do I need to bring?

【A】Not necessary. All uniform items are available, so please come empty-handed. If you want to wear loafers, please wear socks or you can buy socks in the store.

【Q】What kind of uniform items do you have?

【A】We have various colors and patterns for blazers, skirts, ribbons, ties, and sailor uniforms. Loafers and school bags are also available as an option.You can coordinate various atmospheres, so please choose what you like.

【Q】From what time to what time can I rent?

【A】You can rent from 10 am to 6 pm.

【Q】How do I pay?

【A】You can choose from cash, various credit cards, and QR code payments.

【Q】Do you have uniforms for men?

【A】Yes. We have men's blazers and gakuran.

【Q】Can I buy seifuku?

【A】Yes. You can buy seifuku in the store.

【Q】Can you keep my personal belongings?

【A】We can stow your clothes at the store for 1100 yen by the return time. Personal items such as food and valuables other than plain clothes and carry bags cannot be checked.

【Q】I'm tall, do you have a larger size?

【A】Some products are available.

【Q】What should I do if the rental product gets dirty?
